Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe
Pumpkin seeds are seriously the yummiest and healthiest snack ever
- 1 Pumpkin
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil Or whatever it takes to lightly coat the seeds
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder To taste
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Toss seeds in a bowl with olive oil and salt.
Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown; stir occasionally.
Sprinkle Garlic Powder over seeds if desired
