Stir Pork Panko or flour, salt and pepper together on a plate
Dredge the pork chops in the seasoned Pork Panko or flour
Put olive oil in and heat a frying pan on medium high heat (preferably cast iron because they're awesome)
Place the pork chops in the heated frying pan so that the pork chops aren't touching each other
Brown each side, but don't worry about cooking it
Put onion and garlic in the pan and cook for a minute
Pour chicken broth into pan and deglaze the frying pan by scraping the sides to get all the leftover cooked bits off
Pour in maple syrup, worcestershire sauce and apple cider vinegar. Heat until mixture boils
Put sauce and pork chops in the crock pot. Flip the pork chops over so they have sauce and both sides.
Turn the crock pot on low for 8 hours
