  • Crock Pot

  • 1 cup Pork Panko Or 3/4 cup of flour
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 6 Pork Chops
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Yellow onion
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 3/4 cup Chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup Lakanto Maple Flavored Syrup or the same of real maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • Stir Pork Panko or flour, salt and pepper together on a plate
  • Dredge the pork chops in the seasoned Pork Panko or flour
  • Put olive oil in and heat a frying pan on medium high heat (preferably cast iron because they're awesome)
  • Place the pork chops in the heated frying pan so that the pork chops aren't touching each other
  • Brown each side, but don't worry about cooking it
  • Put onion and garlic in the pan and cook for a minute
  • Pour chicken broth into pan and deglaze the frying pan by scraping the sides to get all the leftover cooked bits off
  • Pour in maple syrup, worcestershire sauce and apple cider vinegar. Heat until mixture boils
  • Put sauce and pork chops in the crock pot. Flip the pork chops over so they have sauce and both sides.
  • Turn the crock pot on low for 8 hours
